Search for a Property
To search for a property, type part of a street address in the search form.
Example 1: A search for 603 will show all properties with a street number of 603, 1603, 6035, etc.
Example 2: A search for elm st will show all properties on Elm Street.
Example 3: A search for 25 oak will show all properties on Oak Avenue with the number "25" in their number (25 Oak Ave, 125 Oak Ave, 250 Oak Ave, etc.)

If you are buying or selling a home, please notify West Sound Utility District by emailing customerservice@wsud.us the following information:
- Property address
- Your name and forwarding address
- The closing date
- Title Company's information
- Seller's name
- Buyer's name
- If the home you are purchasing does not have water service, please call West Sound Utility District's Customer Service Department at 360-876-2545.
Title Companies please inform West Sound Utility District 48 hours in advance if the selling date changes to avoid a $40.00 charge for a Special Meter Read.
